Revisit the past in an alternate timeline in World 5 - Season 1: SAGA
Sometime during the launch of Fortnite: Chapter 2 Season 2, EnderbiteFN had released a Creative map based of Five Nights at Freddy's which became the pinnacle to this journey. A user who stumbled across the experience directly messaged the creator of the Creative map to the degree of not even expecting a response - which grant how supportive Enderbite is - actually suprised the user with let alone even sent a direct party invite (with me apart of that party) and we started playing Trio's (or Duos I believe). A few games pass along and we got to know this nervous pretty much muted-mic user until he got comfortable using his mic. It was a fun random duo/meetup experience in Fortnite. Eventually the user kept joining Creative lobby sessions with Z3bush and I - EnderBite and others - trying out Creative like those lobbies where everyone is trying to poke at each other into testing out their map only for that to last hours upon end - typical 2019 Creative. After finishing my first Creative project which was Ultimatum - a Call of Duty Zombies inspired experience - I began to work on other projects (but most notably Atbash). It was heavily inspired by the UNDERTALE series; towards which when the user convinced me to have him test the map - he immidiately fell in love with the concept and from that point on we became friends. This user was dragged away more heavily towards me and Bush than EnderBite in the coming months.
This user...was AmazingKyogre.
There were plenty of more detailed experiences and stories that were unfolded around my friends group - but slowly - things started to ware out. AmazingKyogre never had a Support-a-Creator code like he said he did. He lied about alot of other things. Ultimately, he is just a kid online who's trying to make a reputation to be "apart of the cool kids club," which wasn't the reality of the case most of the time. Still, regardless, he was just 13 years old - I being 16 I believe - yet always gave him the chance as a friend through all odds to give him the benefit of the doubt. Sometimes things just get to the point where I would simply have to wait for him to grow up and change from the little things - and yet 99% of the time the entire crowd of friends and others would be furiated at him for some of the things that he does.
I was never really into Minecraft as much as I was on the launch of The Kyo SMP, in fact, I was really difficult in trying out new games, especially if there "meta" or popular, unless I am into its series - such as my 11 month long addiction to Halo: Reach. Eventually, I gave it a shot to play regularly and eventually the entirety of The Kyo SMP (especially World 1) was my actual legit first attempt at Minecraft Survival.
Eventually the idea of an SMP reminded me of the Day Z maps back in Halo Custom Games along with the Creativity granted alone after what you can do in-game it slowly started to become a blast. "It is only gonna last 2 weeks" says Trent. And one I found my way into Music Discs - it was over - that is when I filled myself into making loads of updates for Trent and it eventually turned into a whopping year of history and loaded blazing drama and amazing moments like January 20th' Victory Day - honestly the greatest day I ever had on The Kyo SMP ever. Ever since it was slowly going downhill at that point.
Not gonna lie, there were close moments past the end of the First Global War that were almost equally great - especially meeting the people who I am still talking too today - I played hours of Black Ops 3 with Wh0sDylan - one of two of the greatest Duo Teams on the server ever - spent hours arguing what game we should play with Trent and Logan - and had great conversations that I could share with life advice during the owners personal times. My point is there wasn't just only horrible times with AmazingKyogre.
But eventually, things just simply started to kick in for almost all of us. I have a life - but I am patient. There are very successful players who have accomplished ALOT while dealing with the casual part-time under-paying job while putting their time into something great. I mean...hell look at aMSa. Life can also not be fair - we all know that. However, things happen for a reason and I am done denying the reality of things.
During late 2022, I announced that I was no longer friends with AmazingKyogre, and would only work with him as a business partner. I promised something for both myself and for everybody in the entirety of the server from all the history I and OG players have went through. We have lost the original world completely avoidable thanks to Trent, which is what ultimately killed off the server. Season 3 lasted almost a year and 3 months - a whole world I wasn't even aware about exsisted - and then came World 4; the most recent and final world in The Kyo Saga (Season 1-4). With so, I never got to properly hat off the original world - so I gathered together all by myself (with plans to already close my own direction/chapter) the ARG known as NOTTHEPANTS.
And with all this heavy history, the legendary player to close the book and even open Season 4 was Vasthero Evil.
In the end of the day, I have left Franderry Studios in plans to close the books and leave it to Trent as he wanted forever since I am always doing everything for him let alone without him even asking - thinking with his appreciation he would work on the server as he promised to the users. So, with that I respected the foundation that I pretty much created ground up only for it to be - once again, in the dust. On top of that, the OG users are to be disrespected by the owner slapping the kyo smp name in the face saying to "move on" and that "its dead."
I created the @TheKyoSaga handle to archive the magic of The Kyo SMP - which was what gave his response I said prior. So, with yet again having actual supported people in my life - including someone who knows me more than Trent even though we met only this year - things escalated and I had enough.
I wanted respect in what I did for Trent - so I prepped a Raid in case things escalated only to prove my point even more that the owner didnt even care less about it at all. It kinda feels like Omni-Man beating the hell out of his Son, except its Trent with the server saying he can "always try again and make a new one." You had an entire foundation built by someone else for you from the ground up with an entire community and with what they want. You pretty much have a premium roadmap entirely built and ready that even a blind squirrel can follow twice under the influence of alcohol - yet he spit on the fact he could of had full editorial ownership if he showed that he cared. I was not going to risk that very foundation getting completely shit on only for him to throw it away - or worse. So, the nuclear option has arrived.
The original world is forever gone. The OG Era of The Kyo SMP is dead. Now that I am taking Ownership of a server I built from the ground up - it feels wrong. I did this for somebody expecting they would take it and go off. Maybe we would of had seperate IP's and collabed. But here we are. So this is what is gonna go down.
Unless I am offered a transfership deal by the previous owner before the end of 2023 - I am going to officially "reincarnate" The Kyo SMP into a fresh new start - a OG users fever dream - of what should have been. Therefore, leaving The Kyo SMP entirely to Trent.
With that, anything new named under "The Kyo SMP" is probably by Trent - and has nothing affiliated to this site or its old discord. In 2024, we will announce its new IP so OG players are not confused.
If there is a new server under "The Kyo SMP" I am not apart of anything that is apart of that service. In other words, if you want to continue The Kyo SMP experience - follow Kyogre for news on that. If you are interested in continuing The Kyo Saga (Season 1-4) directed by me - in a complete new IP - Stay Tuned.
If you want to play The Kyo SMP the way it used to be - well you can't. It has officially died.
Thank You for playing - and I hope you can understand.
